Preparing for your visit

Safety and Compliance:

  • Consult your primary care physician before starting halotherapy, especially if you have contraindications or concerns.

  • Halotherapy is not a substitute for conventional medical treatment.

Arrival and Orientation:

  • Arrive 10 minutes early for orientation.

  • Relax in our lounge with complimentary herbal tea and water.

Session Details:

  • Cost: $30/adult • $15/kid for 45-minute sessions— $15/adult • free/kid for 30-minute Flash sessions during Healthy Happy Hour and All Day Fridays! Please note that 45-minute sessions are not available during healthy happy hour or Flashes Friday.

  • Discount packages are available.

  • An adult must accompany children under 18, and a parent or guardian must sign a waiver. Age requirements: 18 months +

Hygiene and Comfort:

  • Bring a clean pair of socks; we provide surgical booties if needed.

  • The environment is cool and humidity-free; wear warm, comfortable clothing or dress in layers.

  • Blankets are provided or bring your own small or yoga blanket.

  • Sit or recline on zero-gravity chairs, or use a yoga mat if needed.

Restrictions:

  • There is no food or beverages in the salt cave.

  • Remove jewelry (preferred) and electronic devices to prevent corrosion.

  • Pack light to avoid damage from salt.

  • We have shelving outside of the salt cave lounge, for phones, keys, wallets, but we suggest packing light.

Relaxation:

  • Engage in meditation, puzzle books, or reading. We play relaxing music.

  • If you prefer silence or are sensitive to sounds, we provide noise-cancelling ear muffs.

  • Avoid caffeine, nicotine, drugs, and alcohol for optimal relaxation.

Avoid salt therapy if you have:

  • hemoptysis

  • pulmonary insufficiency

  • severe multi-organ issues (without medical approval)

  • infants under 12 months

  • Individuals with chronic respiratory ailments or open wounds should also refrain.

  • cancer: Individuals undergoing cancer treatment should seek medical advice before trying halotherapy.
