Duration: 12 weeks
Format: A blend of weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, group calls, and self-guided practices.

Somatic Healing Therapy Sessions

Somatic work is a blend of body-based tools and practices to release tension, trauma, and stress. This practice helps process emotions, increase self-awareness, and promote deep relaxation to regulate the nervous system and heal trauma wounds. Sessions range from 45-60 minutes and are facilitated by Somatic Specialist, O’Livia.

Somatic Healing for Trauma + Anxiety: A 3-Week Group Series
Trauma and anxiety often live in the body, shaping how we move through the world, respond to stress, and experience connection. This three-week somatic healing series is designed to help you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and cultivate a deep sense of safety from within.
Through gentle movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation techniques, you’ll explore how to release stored tension, process emotions, and build resilience in a way that feels safe and empowering.
This series is intended for individuals who feel nurtured and affirmed in femme-centered healing spaces.
No prior experience is necessary—just a willingness to slow down, listen, share in community (to be witnessed and supported and honor your body’s wisdom.
