Appointment & Payment Policy:

To Book online, you will be prompted to create a profile so you can electronically sign our waiver and receive appointment reminders. If you loathe technology and would prefer assistance with booking, please call us at 330-548-6890 and we will be happy to assist you.

A valid card on file is also needed to reserve any other service. By booking, you agree to our cancellation and no-show policies (see below).

Appointment Requests:

A full business day’s notice is required for Massage Therapy appointment requests, unless otherwise arranged with the practitioner. Appointment requests will be approved during business hours only.

Cancellation + No-Show Policies:

🚫 Late arrivals for Salt Therapy sessions, or salty classes, salty workshops forfeit their session, as they start on the hour, and we are UNABLE to open the door once the halogenerator is running.

🚫 Appointments: Cancel within 24 hours or lose your deposit/charged a fee. No-shows (including 15+ minutes late) are charged 100% of the service.

🚫 Classes & Workshops: Late cancellations and no-shows are charged 100% of the cost.

✅ Cancellations made with at least 24 hours notice will result in a full credit to your Zenning client account.

Refunds are only provided per request if the instructor or practitioner cancels or due to inclement weather. Otherwise, payments will be credited to your Zenning account.

IMPORTANT: To remain sensory-friendly, Zenning is a fragrance-free environment.
